Terms of Service for WeeksAllPro

Effective Date: 2025

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of services, digital materials, and physical goods provided under WeeksAllPro, located at WeeksAllPro.trade.

2. Services

WeeksAllPro delivers professional structure design sessions under the Week all pro structure theme. Sessions are booked per schedule. Customers may request a schedule change up to 48 hours before the session. All sessions must be used within one year of purchase. If a client cannot attend, they may transfer the session to another date or another individual at no charge, subject to availability.

3. Digital Materials

WeeksAllPro offers digital guides and templates in downloadable format. Access is granted upon completion of payment. Due to the immediate availability of digital content, all sales are final and no reimbursements are available once access credentials have been delivered.

4. Physical Goods

Physical products are shipped from our warehouse. Shipping details are provided at checkout. Customers may send goods back within 14 days of receipt for a full reimbursement of the product price, provided the items are unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for sending goods back are borne by the customer.

5. Comprehensive Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request reimbursement of session fees up to 7 calendar days after payment if no part of the service has been delivered. Reimbursements are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5.2 Digital Materials

No reimbursements are available for digital materials once delivery has occurred due to the nature of electronic distribution.

5.3 Physical Goods

Upon our receipt of goods sent back and confirmation of their condition, WeeksAllPro will process reimbursement of the product price within 14 days. Shipping costs paid at purchase are not reimbursed.
